To edit the contacts that are listed for a prime please follow the steps below:
1. Log into Explorer
2. Go to Tier 2 Reports
3. Click Manage Prime
4. Search for the Prime's name in the Supplier search bar
5. Select the 3 dots that are under the Actions column
6. Click Manage Contacts
7. Click the Edit button next to the contact you would like to edit information for
8. You will be able to edit their contact name as well as add a phone number for them. If you need to change the email that is listed for this contact please contact our support department. You can email support@supplier.io or call at 708-236-2000.
