Each client reporting period can vary. An Admin can update the number of days the reporting period can remain open. The configuration for this open can be done in the 'Tier 2 Options' section.
- Log into Explorer with your user credentials.
- Navigate to the 'Tier 2 Reports' tab.
- Select the dropdown next to 'Configurations Options'.
- Select the 'Reporting' tab.
- In the 'How long is a reporting period open?' enter the number of 'Days' and 'Extended Days' you'd like to have the reporting period open.
- After making the needed update be sure to select the 'Save' and Proceed' option to save any changes.
