If you need to remove a contact for a prime please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into Explorer
Step 2: Go to "Tier 2 Reports"
Step 3: Go to "Manage Primes"
Step 4: Search for the name of the prime in the "Supplier" search box.
Step 5: Once you have found the prime you are looking to add a contact to you will select the 3 dots to the right under "Actions"
Step 6: Please select the "Manage Contacts" option
Step 7: Once this screen has appeared you will be able to select the "Delete" option.
Your new contact will now appear when you search for your prime.
