If you need to delete or deactivate a prime please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Log into Explorer
Step 2: Go to "Tier 2 Reports"
Step 3: Go to "Manage Primes"
Step 4: Search for the name of the prime in the "Supplier" search box.
Step 5: Once you have found the prime you are looking for you can choose either Delete or Deactivate. These options show under "Actions".
Note: If a prime has previously reported is a best practice to deactivate the primes.
