Overview
Completing a Data Enrichment (DE) run does not automatically send results to your Tier 1 spend dashboard. There is a toggle that must be enabled at the file upload stage when initiating a Data Enrichment. If this toggle is not turned on before submission, your enriched diversity data will not populate in Tier 1 — and the enrichment will need to be re-run or corrected through support.

Why This Step Matters
Data Enrichment and Tier 1 Reporting are two connected but distinct workflows in supplier.io. DE enriches your supplier file with diversity and firmographic data. Tier 1 takes that enriched data and applies it to your spend for reporting and dashboard views.
How to Enable the Toggle
Follow these steps each time you initiate Data Enrichment:
1. Log in to Explorer and navigate to the Data Enrichment module.
2. Begin the file upload process and complete your field mapping as usual.

5. Proceed with submission. The toggle setting is captured at this point and cannot be changed after submission.
What If I Forgot to Enable It?
If a Data Enrichment was submitted without the toggle enabled, the results will not appear in your Tier 1 dashboard. To resolve this:
- Contact support@supplier.io or your CSM
- Provide your enrichment project name
- Our support team will publish the data from the backend and ensure DE data is reflected appropriately to your Tier 1 dashboards.
