Overview
After submitting your input file, there are two processing stages before your Tier 1 dashboard reflects the updated data: the Data Enrichment phase and the Spend Load phase.
Standard Processing Timelines
Data Enrichment: 5–7 business days from the time your input file is submitted.
Spend Load: 3–5 business days after the Data Enrichment is complete.
Total turnaround from file submission to an updated dashboard is typically 8–12 business days under standard processing conditions. Timelines may vary based on file size, complexity, or any data quality issues that require follow-up.
How to Submit Your Input File
Input files can be uploaded directly through Explorer under the Data Enrichment module. Refer to the Company Training section in Explorer for step-by-step instructions on file formatting and upload.
