The Explorer platform allows you to easily invite and register multiple suppliers at once — up to 200 suppliers per bulk upload. This guide walks you through the process of inviting suppliers to join the platform.
- Log in to your Explorer account. 
- Go to the Search screen. 
- Locate the Actions button on the page. 
- Click the Actions button to open the drop-down menu. 
- Select "Invite Suppliers" from the drop-down menu. Once you have done so, a pop-up window, shown below, will appear. 
- In the pop-up window, click Add New Supplier. 
- Enter the following information for each supplier you want to invite: - Supplier Name 
- Contact Name 
- Email Address (of the user you are inviting) 
 
- Once you’ve filled in the details, click the Plus (+) button to lock in that supplier’s information. The supplier has now been added to your invite list. You can continue adding additional suppliers in the same way. - You are able to invite existing suppliers as well by using the search bar depicted below. You will need to search for the Supplier's name and select one of the suppliers that appear. If they do not appear, you will need to follow the previous instructions to invite them. 
9. Once you are ready to invite the list you have created, you can select the "invite Supplier" option at the bottom of the pop-up window. Each supplier will receive an email invitation to register on the Explorer platform.
