1. Log into the Explorer application.
2. Select 'Explorer' in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Using Search Filters:
- Basic Search: Enter the supplier name or keyword in the search bar.
- More Specific Search: Use quotations to search by product and/or service description. Example: "Tank cleaning"; this will present results with these keywords found together.
- Advanced Filters: Use advanced filters to narrow down your search. Filters may include location, description, diversity, size, revenue, product categories, and more.
Note: Customers with access can search the entire database. You have the option to search for your suppliers only by selecting 'My Suppliers' or to search the entire database by selecting 'Entire Database. '
4. Sorting Results:
- Sort the search results by different criteria such as relevance, employees, industry, name, or revenue
5. Viewing Supplier Details:
- Click on a supplier's name to view detailed information, including contact details, product offerings, certifications, and customer reviews.
- Access additional documentation or links provided by the supplier.
6. Saving Searchers and Suppliers
- Save your search queries for future use by clicking the "Save Search" option.
- Add suppliers to your list for quick access later.
7. Contacting Suppliers:
- Use the provided contact information to reach out to suppliers directly through email or phone.
8. Export Results:
- Export suppliers and details for offline use or further analysis.
