An unverified supplier is a company that has not been recognized as valid within the reporting requirements of a customer. There are several reasons why a supplier may be considered unverified, including:
- The customer does not accept the supplier's certification as a valid diversity certification.
- The supplier's certification has expired.
- The information entered does not match the uploaded certification.
In most cases, correctly uploaded certifications are instantly verified. However, this status can change if a review determines that the certification is incorrect. In such cases, an email will be sent to the user notifying them of the change and providing instructions on the verification process. To correct the unverified tags, click the red or yellow tags found on the 'Needs Attention' column and then click on Edit to provide the appropriate information needed.
