An unverified supplier is a company that has not been recognized as valid within the reporting requirements of a customer. There are several reasons why a supplier may be considered unverified, including:
- The customer does not accept the supplier's certification as a valid diversity certification.
- The supplier's certification has expired.
- The information entered does not match the uploaded certification.
In most cases, correctly uploaded certifications are instantly verified. However, this status can change if a review determines that the certification is incorrect. In such cases, an email will be sent to the user notifying them of the change and providing instructions on the verification process.
