Missed Reporting Period Deadline
If you have missed the deadline to report your spend due to a closed reporting period, you must contact the customer with whom you need to report your spend.
To request the reopening of a customer reporting period, please get in touch with your customer representative. If you need contact information for your customer representative, it can be found in the Tier 2 portal under 'View Program Details'.
Request to Extend Reporting Period
If you require more time beyond the reporting period to submit your spend, you will need to contact the customer directly to request an extension.
