Explorer Professional:
Four email subscriptions are available in Explorer Professional. To access this option go to your name located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Use the drop-down button next to your name and select "My Profile".
Email Subscriptions:
Monthly Supplier Diversity Dashboard
Sent once a month with the latest status on your company's diverse suppliers. This email is triggered when only 1st option (Monthly Supplier Diversity Dashboard) is selected from the profile notifications options.
Updates on my suppliers
Status changes on suppliers you follow. Used for tracking key suppliers. Opting into the ‘Updates on my suppliers’ will trigger
emails sent monthly to suppliers followed.
Monthly Usage Stats
Sent once-a-month usage stats like searches conducted, suppliers & commodities viewed, reports viewed, evaluations completed, etc. Provides a list of all searches, reports, suppliers viewed the individual user. This report will be provided once a month.
Tier 2 Administration Notification
Sent when adding primes, 3 & 7 days before the reporting period opens, at the time of the opening/closing of the reporting period, or when requests from uninvited primes occur.

If both options below are selected, only one email will be sent each month. One consolidated email will be provided including the Diversity Dashboard and Followed Supplier updates.
