Various functionalities can be applied to an Explorer user account. To deactivate an Explorer user account, navigate to the "Company and Users" tab and search for the company name. Click on the "Users" hyperlink option for that company.
The users associated with that company will be visible. In this section, you will find the "Actions" category for each user. Opt for "Active" to deactivate the user account.
