How to Submit a Request
To request expedited processing, reach out to support@supplier.io. To help us route your request quickly, include "Expedited DE Request" in the subject line.
Turnaround Time
Our current turnaround time is typically 5–7 business days. We are actively working on shortening that timeline and will share updates as improvements are made.
A Note on Peak Periods
We receive a high volume of enrichment projects at the start of every quarter. During these peak periods, it may be more difficult to meet expedited timelines. We recommend submitting your request as early as possible to increase the likelihood of meeting your deadline.
