Minimum Required Fields
To begin a Data Enrichment project, your input file must include the following fields:
- Supplier ID
- Supplier Name
- Address
- City
- State
- Country

Why Complete Data Matters
Our matching logic relies on company name and address to identify the best and most accurate match in our database. The more complete your data, the higher the match accuracy.

| Missing city | May return low to medium confidence matches |
| Missing address entirely | High risk of mismatch or no match |
Tips for Best Results
- Use the supplier's legal name when possible (e.g., "Delta Electronics (USA) Inc" vs. "Delta")
- Include full street address, not just city/state
- Highly recommend supplier’s physical address versus PO Box or billing address
- Avoid abbreviations that could cause ambiguity
- For international suppliers, include country
