The following are common reasons why a supplier may not appear on the Event List after scanning the Event QR Code and submitting the associated short form.
- The supplier utilized the QR Code link either before or after the date range for the QR Code. The Event Form will only be active during the event date range.
- The Event QR Code was set up without the 'Auto Approve' feature, and the supplier did not submit their registration before the date range of the event expired.
- The Event QR Code was set up without the 'Auto Approve' feature, and the Supplier.io team did not approve the registration before the date range for the event expired.
- The Event QR Code was set up without 'Auto Approve' feature, and the Supplier.io team rejected the registration.
