Registration Event List
The Registration Event List enables customers to download a comprehensive list of suppliers who have interacted with an event. This includes suppliers who scanned the event QR code, started the registration process, or completed registration.
This feature provides visibility into event engagement, helping teams follow up with suppliers after an event.
What Is the Registration Event List
The Registration Event List is an event-specific supplier list automatically generated for each event created in the Registration module.
The list captures all supplier interactions related to the event, giving customers a single source of truth for tracking supplier engagement.
What Is Included in the Event List
The Registration Event List includes suppliers who:
- Scanned the event QR code
- Started the event registration form
- Completed the event registration form
This ensures that all levels of interaction are recorded, not just completed registrations.
Where to Access the Event List
Event Lists are available in Explorer.
Each event list:
- Appears in the My Registered Suppliers tab
- Uses the Event List Name defined during event setup
- It is tied directly to the specific event
Downloading the Event List
Customers can download the Event List directly from Explorer.
The downloaded list allows customers to:
- Review all suppliers who interacted with the event
- Identify suppliers who started but did not complete registration
- Follow up with suppliers after the event
- Share event engagement data internally
