Overview
Every Data Enrichment project includes a dashboard report that summarizes your results. The report content varies slightly depending on whether your file included spend data.
What's Included in All Reports
Regardless of whether spend data is provided, your dashboard will include:
- Total count of suppliers identified across categories, where applicable: size, diversity, social, environmental
- Supplier counts by category classification
- Minority Business Enterprise supplier breakdown by ethnicity
- Supplier distribution by state/province
- Top suppliers by commodity/NAICS classifications
Additional Features When Spend Data is Included
If your input file contains spend information, your report will also include:
- Total spend by category
- Spend distribution charts
- Top 10 highest-spending suppliers across all categories, where applicable
- Spend categorized by commodity/NAICS classifications
Don't See Spend Data in Your Report?
Your input file may not have included spend information. If you'd like to add spend data to a future enrichment, you may include a Spend field to your next enrichment and be sure to assign this field as Spend at the file mapping stage.
