When a new user selects SIGN UP and enters their information, a registration verification email is automatically sent to the email address provided. This email contains a verification code required to complete registration.
For security purposes, the verification code is only valid for 30 minutes. If the code is not entered within this time, it will expire.
Once the verification code expires, the registration cannot be completed using that attempt. The user will need to restart the registration process by selecting SIGN UP again and reentering their information to receive a new verification code.
To avoid issues, enter the verification code as soon as the email is received and complete the registration in one session.
