Overview
Currently, users cannot remove other users directly within the "Manage Users" tab. If you need to remove a user from your SupplierOne account, the Supplier.io Support Team is here to help!
How to Request User Removal
To ensure your request is processed quickly and accurately, please follow these steps:
- Prepare the following information:
- Full name of the user to be removed
- Email address associated with their account
- Reason for removal (optional but helpful)
- Submit your request to Support:
- Send an email to support@supplier.io
- Use the subject line: SupplierOne User Removal Request
- In the body of your email, include:
- The details listed in Step 1
- Your name and contact information
- Any additional context or urgency (if applicable)
- Confirmation:
- Our team will review your request and confirm once the user has been removed.
