Visit the UniTier site and try to log in. If you do not know your password (or don't know if you have a login/password), click "Forgot your Password?" and enter your email address.
- If you have a UniTier account, you will receive the password reset link within a few minutes.
- The password link is valid for 48 hours. If you do not reset your password within 48 hours, you will need to submit your request again.
- If you do not have a UniTier account, you will receive a message saying "No user with this email was found. Please verify your email address."
- If your email was entered correctly, and we do not have you in our system, please contact your Customer(s) to request the ability to report your spend to them.
