If you're a Tier 2 Prime and you're not sure whether you have access to the system—or if you’ve forgotten your login credentials—follow these steps to check and regain access:
Step 1: Try Resetting Your Password
- Go to the login page.
- Click “Forgot your Password?”
- Enter your email address and submit the form.
What Happens Next?

If you have an account, you’ll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
- The link is valid for 48 hours.
- If you don’t reset your password within that time, you’ll need to submit the request again.

If you do not have an account, you’ll see a message that says:
“No user with this email was found. Please verify your email address.”
Still Not in the System?
If you entered your email correctly and still received the “No user found” message, it means we don’t currently have you in our system. In that case:
Please contact your Customer(s) directly to request access and the ability to report your spend to them.
