How can I add an Explorer user from my company to access Tier 2?

Only users who is a Tier 2 Admin can access Tier 2 Reporting. To enable Tier 2 access follow the steps below:

1. Log into Explorer.

2. Navigate to and select the 'User and Groups' tab.

3. Click on the 'Make Tier2SupplierAdmin' option in the 'Actions column.

  

• Note - if utilizing SSO please have your IT add the new user and assign Tier 2 permission.
