- Log in to the SupplierOne site. https://supplierone.co
- Navigate to the "Manage User" section that appears on the left-hand side of the dashboard page.
- On this tab, you will see an "Add User" button near the top-right of this page.
- This pop-up box will appear, and you will need to fill in the information that is relevant to the user you are attempting to add.
Once this User has been invited to the portal, they will recieve a similar email that was sent out when your company's profile was first created. It will allow them to make their password, and their username will be the email address you listed for them above. This user will have access to all registration applications added to your company profile.
Note: The process above will add users only for registration purposes. This will not add users as a contact for Tier 2 reporting. If you would like to add a user for Tier 2 reporting, please contact us at support@supplier.io. Please include the name of your company, the company you submit your report to, and the email address you would like to have added. Our team would be more than happy ot assist you.
